Manager Product Marketing/Product Management

Qvidian, a market leader in cloud-based sales execution solutions, has an opening for a full-time Product Marketing Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a high-impact role in a fast-growing company with notable customers. Position Summary:

The Product Marketing Manager is a key role on the Qvidian team with the responsibility of defining go-to-market strategies, collaborating cross-functionally, and creating the core messaging and positioning that differentiates and accelerates Qvidian’s position in the market. Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams, this role will create sales assets, collateral, tools and other materials to support our overall marketing and selling strategies, as well as thought leadership materials to demonstrate our innovation and market leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the overall marketing plan with successful go-to-market and go-to-customer strategies and approaches.
  • Define and manage marketing and communication strategy for product launches.

  • Compile and manage competitive information and analysis, and provide resources and other sales assets for sales teams to successfully position Qvidian solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of marketing experience, 5+ years specifically product marketing in B2B software.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong verbal communication and written skills (sample writings required).
  • Outstanding people and management skills interacting with colleagues and cross-functional teams, as well as outside third parties.
  • Creative thinker with ability to garner insights from multiple inputs and drive innovative ideas.
  • Excellent project management skills with high attention to detail and quality.

Senior Software Engineer

Qvidian is a leading supplier of cloud-based process automation solutions that improve the effectiveness and productivity of sales and content teams. Essentially, we automate the process of responding to ‘Requests for Proposals’ for Enterprise class companies. Our products are used in the High Tech, Telecom, Insurance, and Financial Services industries, but we are expanding rapidly into other markets.

As a Senior Software Engineer you will be based in our Chelmsford, MA headquarters, and work with a team of experienced analysts, developers and business resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Design/develop software solutions according to business and technical requirements
  • Provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentoring to others in areas of acquired expertise
  • Perform code reviews for other team members
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed

This role is responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of leading edge technologies managed by the Information Technology organization. The Systems Administrator will assess and identify innovative solutions and champion recommendations for implementation while being responsible for day-to-day administration.  There will be a focus on automation, scripting, and centralized management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage technologies such as VMware, Microsoft Active Directory & GPO, O365, & Endpoint Protection
  • Responsible for Corporate IT environment including; workstations, servers, printers, VPN, VoIP, and more
  • Implement centralized management for workstations

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Qvidian, a market leader in cloud-based sales execution solutions, has an opening for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer. Position Summary

If you are a skilled and self-motivated infrastructure or devops engineer that enjoys working with the latest, coolest, leading-edge technology then read on!  This position will play a key role in expanding out IT infrastructure.  Your primary role will be to automate, design and deploy infrastructure systems on public and private clouds. Your duties will include creating deployment methods and automation to ensure all the infrastructure can be managed through CI/CD.  Full infrastructure as code using tools like Git, Ansible, and Jenkins is the goal.  An ability to troubleshoot complex systems across many datacenters is needed to support our technology that runs business-critical systems for our customers.  The right individual will become part of a high-performing team in a collaborative environment.  This role is looked upon as a subject matter expert, and will advocate to fellow team members on making reliable technical decisions around SaaS infrastructure.

Principal Responsibilities

This position is member of a team responsible for the design, implementation, and day-to-day management of a highly available cloud SaaS infrastructure. You will be working with the following technologies and disciplines to which you should have a strong foundation and expertise:

  • Deploy and maintain data center infrastructure & software necessary to safeguard customer data
  • Configure infrastructure & applications for high performance and availability to meet business needs
  • Provide hands-on system maintenance and troubleshooting including web, application, and database tiers
  • Analyze complex business needs presented by the user community and recommend technical solutions
  • Establish and maintain appropriate operational tools, monitoring methods, metrics and reporting to determine and track Qvidian platform throughput, performance, and capacity
  • Maintain excellent communication and documentation while managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Follow policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, legal, and regulatory compliance
  • Work closely with Product Management & Software Engineering to understand ways of improving SaaS infrastructure
  • Job duties include some off hours work and participation in 24×7 on call rotation

Qualifications

  • Public & private cloud architecture and engineering responsibilities as well as escalated operation and support
  • Experience participating in aspects of enterprise architecture projects including design, identification, planning, and cost estimation through requirements, testing, implementation, and production
  • Experience translating business and technology models into architectural roadmaps including recommendation of third party components, definition of required custom components, and determination of the appropriate systems and processes
  • Knowledge of IP networking, VPN’s, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls, IDS/IPS
  • In depth knowledge of virtual and physical infrastructure technology (VMWare, Dell, Cisco, and other major vendors)
  • In depth knowledge of AWS and similar public cloud providers
  • Specialist in Windows troubleshooting
  • Scripting/automation via PowerShell, Ansible, or similar
  • SAN storage infrastructure experience (EMC in particular)
  • Microsoft Clustering experience
  • In depth Microsoft SQL experience (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
  • Experience with Brocade Riverbed web application firewall
  • Define problem management processes for service outages
  • Implementing high-risk changes, e.g. application patches, software upgrades into Production environments
  • Troubleshoot root causes of problems through liaisons with external vendors and internal teams
  • Technical proficiency including systems experience, strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, and issue management in a multi-platform environment
  • Experience participating in all aspects of large-scale Enterprise Architecture projects including design, identification, planning and cost estimation through requirements, development, testing, implementation, and production
  • Experience translating the end state business and technology models into architectural blueprints including recommendation of third party components, definition of required custom components, and determination of the appropriate ones to use
