Remember When Leadership Meant Something?

Remember the days when leadership actually meant something? When leaders held to inner moral compass? In those days, and they weren’t all that long ago, you could expect leaders to be smart, strategic and steadfast. And the truly great leaders were something more - they were compassionate.
In today’s political climate, it’s easy to feel like we are all on a ship that has lost its rudder, afloat in a turbulent sea not knowing which way the winds will take us. One could think this lack of leadership is across the board, but I’m glad to say, it’s not. There are still places where leaders embrace the responsibility of leadership, working hard to improve the lives of those they lead.
One of those places is here at Qvidian, the proposal software leader. We are tremendously lucky to be led by a man with that moral compass and someone who cares deeply about our customers and our staff. What makes Lewie Miller, President and CEO of Qvidian an excellent leader?
