Last quarter, I announced Qvidian’s regional executive event series, “Overcoming Obstacles of Sales Execution” that kicked off in Palo Alto, CA in December. Networking, discussion and a cocktail or two turned into a great evening full of strategies and tactics on how to address the gap between strategy and sales execution.

Our panelists offered practical, real world advice on how to overcome sales execution challenges. Sales onboarding was popular topic of discussion. Bill Binch, SVP of Sales at Marketo and David Belove, VP of Sales Enablement at Apttus offered innovative advice on how to address onboarding struggles at high growth companies. While Eric Mauer, VP at the Alexander Group shared best practices as well as what pitfalls to avoid.
