Spreading the Love: Qvidian Welcomes New Customers to the Family

Posted By Kathy Kliskey | Sep 29, 2014

We’ve had a great year so far here at Qvidian; recording almost a 100% increase in net new customer sales compared to the first-half of 2013, and pushing out big, innovative releases for Qvidian Proposal Automation and Qvidian Sales Playbooks.

However, none of this success would have been possible without our amazing customers that have stuck with us for years and years, and the new ones that have just recently entrusted us with their business. Companies don’t take the opportunity to THANK their customers often enough--and I don’t mean only after that order form or renewal is signed.

We’d like to take a moment to thank all of our wonderful customers

We’d like to take a moment to thank all of our wonderful customers and welcome some new ones by highlighting them on this blog: Elavon, Evolent Health, Futurestep, PointClickCare, ACI, Unify, and Covance.

New Qvidian Proposal Automation customer, Elavon, a global major processor of credit card transactions, was seeking help with streamlining their RFP responses by making accurate sales content easier to find and easier to maintain.

Evolent Health is an up-and-coming provider of software and consulting services to help healthcare providers, like hospital systems, offer care at lower costs. Evolent Health needed a better way to handle the volume of RFP’s. The process was taking too much time - they were reinventing the wheel each time they did a new RFP response and it was difficult to collaborate with subject matter experts.

“When looking at proposal automation solutions, we found value in Qvidian’s approach to customer service. Knowing that we had a direct contact to help us post-sale with our implementation meant a lot. Our face-to-face strategy session with our Qvidian Engagement Manager was valuable in making sure we meet Evolent’s goals in delivering a system that meets our needs.”
- Mike McCook, Director of Sales Operations

For Futurestep, a recruitment process outsourcing, consulting and employer branding services provider, Qvidian will allow them to spend more time on the quality of their RFP responses vs. just getting them out the door. They’re looking forward to using Qvidian to increase their productivity and contribute to higher win rates.

PointClickCare, a cloud-based software platform that takes a person-centered approach to managing care, is looking forward to using Qvidian Proposal Automation to bring increased productivity and sales efficiency to their team to help reduce the amount of time it takes to respond to an RFP and increase the percentage of RFPs they’re able to respond to.

We also had a successful Qvidian Proposal Automation customer, Covance, add on Qvidian Sales Playbooks & Analytics to create a comprehensive end-to-end sales execution solution for their sales force. Covance is looking forward to using Sales Playbooks to embed their sales process across all of their global sales teams and to make is sustainable.

We’re looking forward to helping all of these customers achieve success and overcome all of the challenges that initially lead them to us.

To all of the other new customers that have recently joined us, THANK YOU and WELCOME to the Q!
