Groundhog Day Reflections (Yes, Again)

Two years ago, I shared deep thoughts and reflections around February 2nd, also known as Groundhog Day. As we celebrate this same “holiday” yet again, I took a look at my post and realized how relevant it still is today (but then again, isn’t that the point of Billy Crystal’s “Groundhog Day”?)
I also considered the many conversations we have with our customers who share similar struggles: RFP deadlines are tight, regulations can be hard to stay on top of, the sales teams may not always have realistic deadlines, subject matter experts can be tough to track down, the list goes on.
So today, I pose the question: what can be done about it?
Every day, proposal and marketing teams work with different processes and workflows, some optimal, some with room for improvement. Think about 1 or 2 things that would make the biggest impact and set forth to change that. (And if you need some help getting started, check out our resources section or this blog for some great ideas and examples from other Qvidian customers!)
I sincerely hope that Punxsutawney Phil doesn’t see his shadow and I can anticipate an early spring, but until, I’ll be considering what I can put into action to make sure I’m not back here next year, blogging about the same thing.
