Responsible for creating and implementing effective proposal processes as well as direct proposal management and support for client bid opportunities. A hands-on position that includes actual proposal preparation activities and process management.
Strategic Account Manager
Jamie is responsible for new business sales in EMEA as well as managing some of Qvidian’s global clients. Jamie moved into the IT market place in the late 1980s with three other colleagues where he successfully started and grew an HR software company. Jamie has over 20 years of sales and account management experience gained in the enterprise software solutions space across a number of sectors including HR and CRM prior to joining Qvidian in 2011.

Director, Education Services
Michael has dedicated to his career to improving how adults learn in the corporate environment. With over 15 years in corporate education and 8 years leading Qvidian Education services, his ideals and methodologies to educations seen in his training approach and courses offered from Qvidian.
Passionate about people and their stories, Kathy Geraghty is Qvidian’s Customer Champion. In this role, Kathy explores the experiences of our customers and creatively shares their successes to provide knowledge and insight valuable to other customers. Through these stories of overcoming challenges and creating winning sales experiences, audiences learn ways to add to their own success. They also come to know the Qvidian family, how we work together as a team, and how much we care about our customers.
Prior to joining Qvidian, Kathy directed creative services for various corporations, created her own global philanthropy for children, and managed and facilitated national diversity training programs. She has a BS in Communications Media, an MS in Sport Management, and has trained extensively in public speaking and storytelling.
Director, Product Marketing
Dave has spent the last 25 years focused on helping small and mid-sized enterprises streamline their business processes and leverage the most benefit from technology solutions. He spent several years as a subject matter expert and has contributed proposal content to well over 300 RFPs. Most recently, he serves as the Director of Product Marketing for Qvidian and spends most of his time monitoring market trends, developing benefit-focused product messaging, and assisting in developing product roadmaps.
Vice President, Products
Karen sets the product vision and leads the product management team at Qvidian. She is responsible for conceptualizing unique product ideas and delivering product roadmaps that provide significant value to sales and marketing organizations. Karen is a certified Scrum Product Owner and has held several, cross-functional leadership roles in multiple software organizations. Her passion is in distilling complex business issues and delivering solutions in highly energetic, creative and collaborative ways. Karen holds a B.S. in Electronic Media, Arts & Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Lewis Miller (Lewie) is a 30-year veteran of the software industry. As President of Qvidian, he is responsible for the combined company's overall development and growth. Prior to Qvidian, Lewie was Chief Executive Officer of Synergistics, Inc. from 1996 to 2001 where revenues grew from $800,000 to $8 million. During that time, he developed segment-leading CRM and Knowledge Management software products.
Prior to Synergistics, Lewie held the President/CEO position at The Future Now, Inc. where he grew revenues from $3 million to $800 million and actively participated in the company's IPO. He has also held sales and sales management positions with IBM. Lewie's educational background includes an M.B.A. in International Economics and a B.S. in Finance, both received from Bowling Green State University.
Marketing Programs Manager
Kaitlyn handles end to end demand generation for Qvidian including marketing programs, marketing automation, and lead nurturing efforts. She loves finding creative and impactful ways to speak to customers. Kaitlyn has a B.S. degree in Marketing from Providence College and her MBA from Suffolk University.
Business Development EMEA
Rebecca is responsible for the business development of EMEA at Qvidian. Working closely with marketing, Rebecca develops new strategies for capturing new business within her area. She is passionate about developing her working relationships via social selling and enjoys attending conferences and events to build new connections.
Prior to Rebecca joining the software industry, she was the COO of a bid / RFP writing company. In addition, she worked for 12 years within the International relocation industry in varied management roles including Quality Assurance Manager. She worked abroad for many years and has a sound knowledge of the cultural differences when doing business globally. She is passionate about great customer care and quality of service.
Dr. Tom Sant
An internationally known expert in proposal writing, Tom Sant has been called "America's foremost practitioner of proposal writing" by the American Management Association. He has trained thousands of sales people, executives, and other professionals to write winning proposals, deliver effective presentations, and manage complex communication projects in a career that spans more than 25 years.
Manager, Content Services
Steve Snow manages Qvidian’s content development services, as well as provides writing seminars, proposal consulting and hands-on assistance with customer bid opportunities. He has a substantial background in proposal writing and designing effective selling strategies. Possessing a deep understanding of a broad range of industries, Steve knows how to sell persuasively to a variety of customers—both large and small. For 22 years, Steve sold business-to-business services to industries such as healthcare, banking, manufacturing, high-tech, government, defense, public utilities, oil and gas, and commercial real estate. Throughout his career, Steve has worked as a branch manager, operations manager, regional sales manager and national sales manager. Joining Qvidian in 2003, Steve’s diverse experience gives him the background to understand your strategic business goals and help you implement selling documents and bids that convey your company's unique, value-added benefits. Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Idaho.
Director, Advisory Services
Deirdre is a customer experience and sales execution expert on Qvidian’s Consulting Services team. With over 20 years of experience spanning industries including direct marketing, medical research, healthcare, insurance, financial services, media and technology, she is responsible for the development of Qvidian’s strategic advisory services. Having worked for start-ups as well as global organizations such as Thermo Fisher Scientific, she is adept in multiple functional areas including operations, marketing, sales and sales operations, customer service, professional services and IT. She has a decade of SaaS experience and has been responsible for leading many global technology engagements. Deirdre is a Certified Net Promoter® Associate and a member of the CXPA.
Marketing Programs Specialist
Amy is responsible for maintaining large scale marketing projects including event planning and execution, webinar and promotional email scheduling, and content creation. Prior to joining Qvidian in 2016, she held marketing positions in various industries, providing her invaluable experience in creating and nurturing brand awareness. She received her B.S. in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, and her M.S. in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
Director of Marketing
Amanda is responsible for bringing Qvidian products to the market. By knowing and anticipating market needs and trends, she defines and executes all go-to-market strategies and supporting programs. She has experience blended across marketing, product and sales that drives her passion for learning and understanding how companies define, market and sell their products. Over a decade of her experience has been at companies specializing in SaaS solutions designed to enable sales organizations. Amanda holds a BS in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire.
